International co-operation is essential to SOCA’s cyber department. We cannot exist without our international partners, given the speed, reach, and complexity of every investigation and that is why we put so much effort into this conference every year. We have been supporting this conference since Day 1. In fact, our partnership with AKJ – when we were the National Hi-Tech Crime Unit (NHTCU) – is what first launched this event .
Our commitment and engagement now is as strong as it was at the beginning. In recent years we have welcomed more of our international friends to the UK and focussed on building a law enforcement event, linked to the conference, which has become the highlight of our e-crime year.
